We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your FentyBeauty.com purchase, we offer free returns within 60 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original product packaging or a sturdy box, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
